Offered in collaboration with the Villanova School of Business through the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate, the Real Estate Development minor is specifically crafted for Civil Engineering students to gain insights into commercial real estate development from a business viewpoint. Civil Engineering students will attend classes and engage with VSB students who are also pursuing a Real Estate minor (or co-major) within the School of Business.
