Notable traditions & events

Mulroy Real Estate Challenge at Villanova University: This national real estate development case competition gathers 16 teams of the next generation of real estate leaders with judges and sponsors representing leading real estate firms.

Real estate extracurricular activities available

Ignite Change Case Competition: The competition focuses on a social or environmental issue within the built environment and gives students of all backgrounds and majors a chance to connect, think creatively, and initiate conversations about real-world problems.

Networking opportunities

Real Estate Career Conference: Students hear from a panel of young alumni and sit with professionals to learn about various career paths in the commercial real estate industry. The Conference allows students to begin building critical industry relationships.

Dilella Center Golf Outing: Every August, the DiLella Center hosts its annual Golf Outing and Clinic at Union League National Golf Club in Cape May, NJ, which supports Center programs and funds student scholarships for the upcoming academic year.

The Closing Dinner: Brings real estate community members together to support and celebrate the DiLella Mulroy Real Estate Student Managed Fund and real estate education at Villanova.
