The Real Estate Minor allows students to specialize in either real estate development or finance and investments. It is tailored to develop their expertise in real estate valuation, development, financing, investment, and feasibility. Students will gain knowledge in supply and demand analysis, financial markets, institutions, policies, and various valuation methods.
