The dual degree program, combining Master of Real Estate Development and Master of Business Administration, merges coursework from graduate-level programs in both real estate and business management. Pursuing this dual degree enables students to achieve both the Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development degrees with a reduced total credit requirement and in a shorter time. This comprehensive program not only imparts essential knowledge, skills, and practical experience but also prepares students to compete for esteemed positions in real estate finance and development.
