Real Estate Minor: Starting in Spring 2024, the University of Louisville’s College of Business introduces a Real Estate minor open to all students. Business majors need a 2.8 GPA, a BSBA or BBA program enrollment, and completion of prerequisites. Non-business students require 51 credit hours, a 2.8 GPA, and completion of program prerequisites.
