The real estate major offers thorough instruction in personal finance, real estate fundamentals, and real estate law, enabling students to qualify for the state real estate brokerage license upon completion of the courses. Additionally, students have the opportunity to explore topics such as real estate investments, finance, and real estate development. Elective courses encompass areas such as real estate appraisal, environmental issues, professional selling, and internships. Qualified students may pursue state appraisal and mortgage brokerage licenses as well.
