The Real Estate Development Minor is designed for students passionate about creating positive social impacts within the realm of real estate development. Participants will acquire skills and experience necessary to adopt a progressive approach to real estate, integrating market fundamentals to tackle issues such as inequality, sustainability, and conservation. Through this program, students engage in discussions and innovations focused on constructing sustainable environments, minimizing ecological footprints, fostering a sense of community, and encouraging investor interest in enhancing the built environment. The minor is tailored to empower students to navigate the business of real estate development while contributing to the creation of equitable spaces.
