Alabama Center For Real Estate provides economic and workforce development initiatives for professionals including the Collegiate Career Assistance Program (CCAP), a student organization that aims to provide students with the necessary training for a career in the real estate industry, and Career Opportunities in Real Estate (CORE), an online credentialing course that provides underrepresented communities with real estate training and life coaching sessions to prepare them for an entry-level position in the real estate industry.
