It can be pursued on its own or in conjunction with PSU’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE), Master of Science in Finance, or The Portland MBA to deepen expertise. Additionally, it serves as a foundational pathway to the MSRE, with the potential for all certificate credits to count toward the degree.
