The Real Estate Minor aims to enable students from any university department to enhance their major studies with a focus on real estate, foster interdisciplinary collaboration among students from diverse departments, and equip them for diverse career paths in the real estate industry.
The Real Estate Minor offers a comprehensive introduction to key topics in real estate finance, city and urban planning, and construction management. It equips students for diverse career paths within the real estate sector. Drawing from courses in the Department of Finance, Department of City and Regional Planning, and Department of Construction System Management, the minor allows students to choose courses that align with their primary majors.
