The MSHRE program offers students a comprehensive exploration of the key components of the hospitality real estate cycle, spanning from acquisition or construction to disposition. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and group projects, students gain expertise in financial management and analytics, feasibility analysis, hospitality asset management, deal-making, and more. The curriculum integrates environmental, social, and governance criteria, positioning our students at the forefront of discussions on ethical and socially responsible hospitality investment.
