The Master of Real Estate Development program is a carefully integrated program that brings together the three main elements of real estate development: design, finance and policy. It provides students with exposure to a diverse range of innovative development projects and cultivates an enriching classroom environment through discussions among students with backgrounds spanning architecture, urban planning, real estate finance, commercial real estate brokerage, construction, investment banking, law, and real estate development. Its courses integrate lectures, case studies, and active industry engagement, enabling students to gain mastery across all aspects of real estate, including finance and deal structuring, market analysis, site planning, political approvals, and project management.
