The real estate minor program aims to offer insights into the workings of the real estate sector while complementing students’ primary study area whether it’s within the W. P. Carey School of Business or another college at ASU. The curriculum encompasses essential pillars like real estate basics, legal aspects, appraisal techniques, and land development principles. In addition to these core subjects, students have the flexibility to select elective courses like investment strategies, economic analysis, and urban planning topics to round out their understanding and equips students with a competitive edge for pursuing careers in the real estate sector.
