Steps to Getting Started

You will shortly receive an email detailing the following steps to getting started with the Accelerator.

  • Login to Accelerator

    Click the button below to access the Accelerator login page. If you’re an existing user of A.CRE, simply use your username and password to login. Otherwise, use the username and password you created when you signed up for the Accelerator.

  • Guide to Getting Started

    Once logged in, you will be directed to your Accelerator homepage. Click ‘Guide to Getting Started’ to take the pre-Accelerator course on how to use the platform and get the most from the Accelerator.

  • Begin Core Courses

    Once you’ve taken the Guide to Getting Started, proceed to the first Accelerator core course entitled: The Direct Cap Method to Valuing Real Estate. This is course #1 of the 16 core courses.

  • Having Trouble?

    If you have trouble logging in or accessing the Guide to Getting Started, please don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected]. If you’re in the Accelerator and have a question, post it in the forums.

There’s a lot more content in the Accelerator beyond the 16 core courses. Take advantage of these additional resources.

  • Advanced Concept Modules

    Advanced Concepts in Real Estate Financial Modeling is a bonus course where Spencer and Michael discuss advanced concepts not covered in the 16 core courses. They regularly add new modules, so if you have a topic you’d like covered just let us know.

  • Accelerator Forums

    The Accelerator includes 17 forums where as a member you communicate directly with Michael and Spencer. Ask a question related to course content, report an issue, or ask a non-course related question. The guys do their best to respond quickly and to provide well-thought out responses.

  • Library of Supplementary Tools

    We’re regularly adding to and updating the Accelerator. One example of this is the Library of Supplementary Tools where we post Watch Me Build videos, share substantive forum videos and tutorials, and share technical interview exams and other case studies. Use these resources to practice what you learn in the core courses.

  • Careers in CRE Course

    In additional to real estate financial modeling content, we’ve created a course that specifically addresses how to craft a career plan in commercial real estate and land that next job.
