The Self Storage module should be working in the All-in-One. When you toggle the Property Type to ‘Self Storage’ on the Summary tab, you should notice the following changes:
- The heading for columns D and E on the MF-RR tab change to ‘Width’ and ‘Length’ to denote the storage unit type.
- The income and expense line items change on the MF-OpSt tab. (Note that you can edit the OpSt line items on the MF-Settings tab – see column S on that tab for Self Storage line item names)
I think the confusion is that the worksheet names still are labeled MF-XXXX. The MF- simply denotes what module is calculating the operating cash flow. The All-in-One uses two types of operating cash flow modules. The MF- module for short-term leases (e.g. apartment, senior housing, student housing, self-storage) and an ORI- module for long term leases (e.g. office, retail, industrial). Nevertheless, the MF- module is capable of accommodating a typical self-storage investment.
