This depends. Would you purchase title insurance if you didn’t have a lender? If so, enter the fee under ‘Acquisition Due Diligence and Closing Costs’ in cell M29 of the ‘Summary tab. If the only reason you’re purchasing title insurance is because the lender requires it, include it as part of loan fees on the ‘Perm. Debt’ tab.
