RV Park Development Model

An RV Park Development model that is comprehensive, yet simple and easy to use. Includes a Summary tab to input all your project level assumptions and view returns; Annual and Monthly cash flow tabs; and a waterfall model to allow for the split of partnership returns between an LP and GP. To make this model accessible to everyone, it is offered on a “Pay What You’re Able” basis with no minimum (choose ‘Free’ if you need) or maximum (your paid support helps keep the content coming – typical real estate value-add acquisition models sell for $200 – $500+ per license).
