Here are the basic terms and conditions of use for any file downloaded from www.AdventuresinCRE.com or its affiliates:
Any and all files downloaded from this website (the “software”) are distributed as is, completely without warranty or service support. www.AdventuresinCRE.com and its authors are not liable for the condition or performance of the software.
www.AdventuresinCRE.com owns the copyright and grants users a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license with respect to the software as set forth below.
www.AdventuresinCRE.com and its authors hereby disclaim all implied warranties. www.AdventuresinCRE.com grants the users the right to modify, copy, and redistribute the software and documentation, both within the user’s organization and externally, subject to the following restrictions:
- The users agree not to charge others for use of the software, regardless of whether users have altered and/or improved the software in anyway.
- In any use of the software, the users agree to acknowledge the www.AdventuresinCRE.com authors that developed the software.
- The users agree to obey all government restrictions governing redistribution or export of the software.
- The users agree to reproduce any copyright notice which appears on the software and documentation on any copy or modification of such made available to others.
- The user agrees to not modify, delete, or password protect access to the Versions tab, and any use of an A.CRE model, whether in part or in whole, must include a copy of the Version tab for that model used, modified, adapted, or shared by user.

Restrictions on Artificial Intelligence Use
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms, the user agrees not to use any downloaded software, files, data, or other materials from www.AdventuresinCRE.com or its affiliates to train, develop, or inform artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, or other computational intelligence frameworks without written approval. Any violation of this restriction is subject to legal actions and penalties.
Model Refunds
All models downloaded from A.CRE are offered on a “Pay What You’re Able Basis”, with no minimum. Therefore, if you have any question as to whether a model is right for you, we ask that you first download the free version. Nevertheless, if you pay for a model and subsequently determine that you’d like a refund, for any reason, simply ask and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Policy on Charge-backs and Paypal Disputes for Model Purchases
A.CRE has a zero tolerance policy for credit card chargebacks and Paypal disputes. If you paid for a model, and would like a refund, simply ask and it will be granted. If you don’t request a refund, and instead pursue a credit card chargeback or Paypal dispute, A.CRE will not challenge the dispute. However, any user that issues a chargeback or Paypal dispute will be banned permanently from downloading models from A.CRE going forward.
Why a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks? Credit card chargebacks and Paypal disputes have a cost to A.CRE and the A.CRE community – both in terms of A.CRE reputation with credit card companies as well as in terms of chargeback fees. Given that A.CRE models are offered on a Pay What You’re Able basis as a service to the industry, excessive chargebacks hurts A.CRE’s ability to offer models to the industry in this fashion.
2. A.CRE Accelerator
These Standard Terms and Conditions shall manage your use of the A.CRE real estate financial modeling Accelerator hereinafter referred to as the “Accelerator”, located at https://www.adventuresincre.com/academy/and https://app.adventuresincre.com/.
These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of the Accelerator. By purchasing access to the Accelerator, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use the Accelerator if you disagree with any of these Standard Terms and Conditions.
Site Access
Upon purchasing the Accelerator, you shall be granted one year’s access to view all Accelerator content, courses, forums, videos, files, updates, and any new content added to the Accelerator during that year. Your access shall be limited to one simultaneous login by the individual listed on the account.

Sharing Access and Transferability
You may not share your login credentials with other individuals under any circumstances, nor shall individuals that are not you use your account in any way.
Furthermore, your Accelerator membership is non-transferable. Or in other words, the Accelerator membership may not be assigned, transferred, pledged or hypothecated in any manner.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in the Accelerator.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained in the Accelerator. In no way shall you share, distribute, or reproduce any of the materials found within the Accelerator.
Restrictions on Artificial Intelligence Use
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms, the user agrees not to use any downloaded software, files, data, or other materials from the A.CRE Accelerator to train, develop, or inform artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, or other computational intelligence frameworks without written approval. Any violation of this restriction is subject to legal actions and penalties.
Money-Back Guarantee
Accelerator Membership
Within the first 30 days of purchasing the Accelerator, you may ask for a full and absolute refund. Such refund shall be for the entire amount spent and shall be processed within 7-10 business days without question and irrespective of the reason, subject to the following restrictions:
- Only one refund per individual; no purchasing the program, requesting a refund, purchasing the program again, requesting another refund, and so forth
- No refund will be provided if you have completed more than two courses or more than 20% of the Accelerator program as measured by the number of lessons you reviewed
- No refund will be offered if you have violated any of the Terms of Service for the Accelerator, such as sharing login details, publishing or sharing Accelerator material with others, etc.
Accelerator Upgrade or Extension
Within the first 30 days of purchasing an Accelerator upgrade or extension, you may ask for a full and absolute refund. Such refund shall be for the entire amount spent and shall be processed within 7-10 business days without question and irrespective of the reason, subject to the following restrictions:
- Only one refund per individual; no purchasing an upgrade/extension, requesting a refund, purchasing the program again, requesting another refund, and so forth
- No refund will be provided if you have completed more than 20% of any Endorsement following an upgrade as measured by the number of Endorsement lessons you reviewed
- No refund will be offered if you have violated any of the Terms of Service for the Accelerator, such as sharing login details, publishing or sharing Accelerator material with others, etc.

Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Accelerator material in any other media;
- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Accelerator material;
- publicly performing and/or showing any Accelerator material;
- using the Accelerator in any way that is or may be damaging to the Accelerator;
- using the Accelerator in any way that impacts user access to the Accelerator;
- using the Accelerator contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Accelerator, or to any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to the Accelerator;
- using the Accelerator to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Any user ID and password you may have for the Accelerator are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
Your Content
In these Accelerator Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on the Accelerator. By displaying Your Content, you grant AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from the Accelerator at any time without notice.
No warranties
This Accelerator is provided “as is,” with all faults, and AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Accelerator or the materials contained in the Accelerator. Also, nothing contained in the Accelerator shall be interpreted as investment advise.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall AdventuresinCRE.com LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Accelerator whether such liability is under contract. AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Accelerator.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the Accelerator you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
The AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between AdventuresinCRE.com, LLC and you in relation to your use of the Accelerator and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.

The https://www.adventuresincre.com/acrejobs website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Adventures in CRE Job Board (“A.CRE Jobs”). https://www.adventuresincre.com/acrejobs is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of https://www.adventuresincre.com/acrejobs constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Your use of https://www.adventuresincre.com/acrejobs is subject to A.CRE Jobs’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
You may delete your job post at any time, however to delete a post and receive a full refund please contact us within three days of posting the job. Please contact us with any questions.

A.CRE Jobs reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in A.CRE Jobs’s sole discretion.

THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS
You will be able to connect your A.CRE Jobs account to third party accounts. By connecting your A.CRE Jobs account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by A.CRE Jobs from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the A.CRE Jobs Content accessed through https://www.adventuresincre.com/acrejobs in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A.CRE Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. A.CRE Jobs reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with A.CRE Jobs in asserting any available defenses.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
A.CRE Jobs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and A.CRE Jobs as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. A.CRE Jobs’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of A.CRE Jobs’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by A.CRE Jobs with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and A.CRE Jobs with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and A.CRE Jobs with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
CHANGES TO TERMS
A.CRE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which its products are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. A.CRE encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
