Additionally, this project aims to knit together distinct Boston neighborhoods: the Back Bay and the Fenway, and the South End and the City of Cambridge by creating a dynamic mixed use development with ground-floor. Developed by Meredith Management and IQHQ, Parcel 7 will be a mix of office\/R&amp;D\/lab and life sciences uses in order to address current investor and market demand for such uses in proximity to the Longwood Medical Area (LMA), robust public transit and Boston University.<\/p>\n<p>Join us on September 23rd to hear from those who are breaking new ground \u2013 both literally and figuratively.
