The A.CRE Networking Reboot Cruise
A fun, relaxing, 3-day event to build career-long professional relationships (in paradise)
A $200 – $300 non-refundable deposit per stateroom (not per person) is due upon registration. In the event the A.CRE Networking Reboot Cruise is cancelled by A.CRE, the deposit shall be refunded to the attendee within 7 business days of notification of such cancellation. In the event the Cruise is cancelled by Royal Caribbean, the deposit shall be refunded to the attendee per Royal Caribbean policy.
Note: Your deposit is refundable within 24 hours of your initial payment. So if you put down a deposit, and for whatever reason within 24 hours you need a refund, simply email [email protected] and we will issue a refund. After that 24-hour period, your deposit will be sent to Royal Caribbean, at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Your total balance must be paid no later than December 31st, 2021. Failure to complete final payment by December 31st, 2021 will result in forfeiture of your deposit, with the remainder of any amount you’ve paid automatically refunded back to you.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted.
If you choose to cancel and request a refund, the Royal Caribbean refund policy shall apply (click here for full details) with one exception: requests must be made within the time frames outlined below. The amount of the refund shall be as shown below and shall vary depending on how far in advance of the sale date your cancellation notice is made:

On March 1st, 2021, the attendee list shall be made available to all attendees of this event. By registering for this event, you agree to make your name and company name available to other attendees of this event as well as A.CRE staff. In no way shall the attendee list be made known to anyone other than those attending the event, and A.CRE staff.
The A.CRE Networking Reboot Cruise is meant to provide a safe and fun environment for the professionals in the real estate industry to come together, connect, engage and learn. By registering for this event, attendees agree to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others; and support a harassment-free event experience for everyone by maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all programs and events.
A.CRE is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for all meeting participants regardless of age, culture, disability, ethnicity, race, religion/spirituality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/partnership status, language preference, socioeconomic status, immigration status or any basis proscribed by law.
All attendees agree to treat other participants with respect and behave with the high degree of integrity expected of the real estate industry profession. A.CRE does not tolerate harassment of participants, speakers, cruise staff, port staff, or others in any form. A.CRE will review and respond to any reports of harassment. Participants violating these expectations may be forbidden from participating further in any networking events during the balance of the cruise, without refund.
In the event you are removed from the ship due to disorderly conduct, are left at a port of call, or must leave the cruise early for emergency reasons, A.CRE is not responsible for any cost incurred.

A.CRE reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the event. By registering for this event, you hereby grant permission to A.CRE and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the cruise, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.

How much do I pay now?
To reserve your place, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 – $300. The balance of your registration is due on or before December 31st, 2021.
When is the total cost of the event due?
To reserve a spot, a deposit is due upon registration. The balance of the cost of registration is due no later than December 31st, 2021.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. The cost of your ticket is for double occupancy. Your guest will have access to all cruise amenities, and will be invited to attend our evening dinner events. Your guest however will not be able to attend other networking and self-improvement activities.
Does the cost of registration include airfare?
No. The cost of registration includes a double occupancy stateroom aboard Oasis of the Seas, all amenities on board the ship, a shore excursion with the group, and all networking and self-improvement activities. The cost of registration however does not include airfare to and from Miami, nor accommodations prior to, or after, the cruise.

What if the event is cancelled?
In the event the A.CRE Networking Reboot Cruise is cancelled by A.CRE, your deposit together with any additional amounts you’ve paid will be refunded to you within 7 business days of notification of such cancellation. In the event the Cruise is cancelled by Royal Caribbean, all refunds shall be handled in accordance with Royal Caribbean policy.
