ULI Singapore’s WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative) Webinar Series addresses the challenges and celebrates successes of women in the workplace today. In such challenging times, we are embracing new ways of meeting to bring our members together online. This webinar series gathers prominent female leaders to discuss prevailing hot topics in the industry and serves as a regular virtual platform to profile women professionals in the ULI community.

Moderated by WLI Singapore committee member Mireille Wan, Senior Director, Consulting of JLL, this edition features an intimate live conversation with well-known community activist, volunteer leader and businesswoman Melissa Kwee, Chief Executive Officer of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre. As the spokesperson for a wide range of causes, Melissa has been involved in mobilising resources and people to aid in community development. Melissa has set up some key leadership programmes such as Project Access and Halogen Foundation, on top of a mentoring programme called Beautiful People.
