The CREFC Women’s Network Community Outreach Committee is proud to partner with Coalition for the Homeless to support their First Step Job Training Program – a transformative initiative that helps low-income and homeless women in NYC gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to secure living-wage jobs.

The First Step Job Training Program provides participants with essential office and professional skills through an innovative 14-week curriculum, including computer training, job readiness workshops, mentoring, job placement assistance, and post-graduate support.
