• The building was sourced off market by a direct approach to the seller a year ahead of a restricted sales process, Quadrant Estates purchased the site in a joint venture with AIMCo in 2020.
• Originally a residential scheme, they saw the potential of an office scheme and approached the seller directly.
• A 0.49 acre site with planning consent for a 140,000 sq ft office property was approved, located close to the iconic Battersea Power Station.
• The original design has been enhanced to improve the floor plate and layouts, resulting in an additional 28,000 sq ft NIA and terraces on all floors.
• The BREEAM ‘outstanding’ building was completed in 2023 and is now open for office use.
