ULI UK is very pleased to invite you to our bi-annual Autumn drinks reception on Tuesday 3 October 2023, from 6:30pm. The event is organised by the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee.

The event will be kindly hosted at YY London, Canary Wharf. The recently completed scheme by Oaktree and Quadrant combines sustainability and well-being at the heart of Canary Wharf with on-floor terraces, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum ESG certificates, and an all-electric energy strategy.

As a welcome to the event, we will host a fireside chat between two built environment experts, discussing the topic of placemaking and the revitalisation of business districts. With post-pandemic ways of working, the challenges facing retail and office spaces over the past years, and an increasing focus on occupier-driven priorities, our conversation will explore what is being done to breathe life and vibrancy into buildings, urban fabric, and behaviours.
