Join ULI Sydney District Council for a morning tea and an exclusive tour of Nightingale Marrickville, one of the 2024 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Winner.

Nightingale Marrickville consists of 54 teilhaus micro apartments that are a long term built-to-rent housing typology. From the design of the apartment interiors, through to the community living spaces, everything has been thoughtfully constructed with environmental sustainability, liveability and community in mind. Sustainable materials were used across the project, including Paperock, used in all kitchens, robes and vanities, as well as rubber flooring made from raw cocoa husks. The unfinished AFS wall system were setout using their original dimensions to avoid construction waste.
