ULI Central Florida: StimULI Webinar – Multifamily Real Estate: Capital Markets & Covid Impacts
Summer has just gotten started, but many of our cities have long been feeling the heat. Compounded by urban development patterns and climate change, these soaring temperatures are making significant impacts upon human health, our built environment, and operation costs.
On July 15th, ULI brings together 8 district councils from all across the South/Southwestern region of the United States to explore how extreme heat is impacting the real estate industry, from land use patterns to building design and operating costs. Bringing panelists from ULI’s Urban Resilience Program and experts across the region, we’ll discuss how “heat-resilient” building designs and urban heat mitigation can change our cities before they become too hot to handle.
