ULI Singapore presents a fun and engaging session where participants will be taught then challenged to come up with the most optimal property and asset management strategy for a hypothetical commercial building in Singapore. The session will include a debate between leading real estate asset managers on the pros and cons of these suggested strategies. Prior experience or knowledge in asset management is not required – just an open and eager mind.
