The premise is simple: place 10 industry leaders at individual tables and allow 100 young leaders to visit different tables, speed-dating style, for 3 small-group sessions of open conversations. This is a chance to ask real estate industry eminences about anything, like their personal career triumphs and setbacks; how to work through a recession and how to position yourself for the rebound; how they found early mentors and what they wished they had known when they were starting their careers.
