Stay up to date on one of the hottest new construction technologies by joining ULI SF’s East Bay Committee on a tour of three Mass Timber projects in Oakland. Led by the projects’ sponsor oWow and other industry experts, this tour will provide an in-depth look at the latest developments in Mass Timber construction.
The Oakland Mass Timber project tour will begin with a visit to 316 12th Street, a completed mixed-use project that successfully revitalized an existing office building in downtown Oakland. The tour will then head over to the construction site of two of the world’s largest mass timber projects, 1510 Webster and 1523 Harrison. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to listen to industry experts who will shed light on the wider mass timber industry and explore how this innovative construction technology can significantly impact a project’s carbon footprint, schedule, and bottom line.
