Housing the Bay returns for a ninth year! This spring, we ask: are we Turning the Corner? We invite attendees and speakers to join us on April 15, 2026 and Shape the Next Chapter of Housing in the Bay Area and beyond. This Summit will explore the relationships between technological innovations and construction costs, homeownership and generational wealth, advocacy and legislation, and more.

Over the last nine years, Housing the Bay has explored the root causes of our housing crisis, showcased innovative public and private sector solutions, and amplified diverse voices from across our industry. This year, we continue that mission by understanding the tools our region is using increase housing supply and affordability at all scales.
