This year, we’ll dive into what has (and has not) worked related to the plethora of legislation measures the state has adopted to promote housing production. We will cover existing and proposed legislation, focusing on attempts to streamline entitlements that make fees more certain, increase housing production, and increase housing supply by allowing housing where previously prohibited.
