ULI San Francisco: Housing Laws: What’s Worked and What Could

January 31 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

The annual Housing the Bay legislative recap is back! This year, we’ll dive into what has (and has not) worked related to the plethora of legislation measures the state has adopted to promote housing production. We will cover existing and proposed legislation, focusing on attempts to streamline entitlements that make fees more certain, increase housing production, and increase housing supply by allowing housing where previously prohibited.

This webinar features panelists representing advocacy, public sector, and private development will discuss the future of housing in California at this critical moment. Join us on Friday, January 31 to explore what we can learn from 2024 and what we have to look forward to in 2025. This is a lead-up event for ULI SF’s annual Housing the Bay Summit, which will be held on April 29, 2025.
