In 2024, the City of Vacaville partnered with ULI San Francisco to seek expert guidance in revitalizing its downtown, aiming to make it a vibrant destination for residents and visitors, while addressing the challenges posed by Unreinforced Masonry (URM) buildings in the core. As part of a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP), ULI SF leveraged its expert membership base to form a panel of real estate and land use experts.
