Inspired by ULI Europe’s C Change and C Change for Housing Programmes, ULI BeLux Impact Summit is designed to be a high-level executive forum with a distinct positioning in Belgium.

While rooted in ULI’s sustainability and decarbonisation agenda, the Summit deliberately moves beyond traditional ESG narratives to focus on their economic and strategic implications.

The programme’s ambition is to move beyond ESG fatigue and address one central question: How do climate, energy and resource constraints reshape competitiveness, capital allocation and long-term value in real estate?
