Reflections Six Months After

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2023, the 20th annual survey of European real estate sector leaders’ expectations by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PwC, has looked beyond the year ahead at the trends shaping the industry over the next two decades. This report captures the views of over 900 sector leaders from across Europe. The data was collected in the summer of 2022.

On 1 March we would like to look at the repoert’s results form the six months perspective. We will present the highlights of the report and then reflect on what we thought 2023 would be back in the summer last year and how we see it now.
