ULI Philadelphia invites members to participate in a fun summer mixer where community organizations facing some type of real estate or land use challenge can meet with local experts from the construction, financial, design, planning and legal sides of the real estate industry.

Hosted in a more casual happy-hour setting, our members will share resources and insights on participating communities’ unique challenges or opportunities. A written summary documenting member feedback will be provided to each participating organization after the event.
