The former site of the Byberry Hospital (aka the Philadelphia State Hospital) is undergoing a transformation into a 656,904 square foot logistics and distribution center, reinforcing the area’s role as a logistics hub. Rockefeller Group, in partnership with PCCP LLC, is leading the redevelopment. The project marks the culmination of a 20-year effort by Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, and the City of Philadelphia, to redevelop the land.
