Making housing more affordable, for all
ULI New York is hosting a two-panel program with leading industry experts, looking at New York’s most pressing issue: Affordable Housing. The first panel will explore ways to make housing more affordable through proposed policy changes that aim to increase supply. Topics covered will include the 421a extension, 485x and 467M and examples of current projects and conversions that tap current regulations.
The second panel will explore the challenges of building affordable housing in New York City, covering the current state of the affordable housing development environment, with insights from leading developers, investors, lobbyists and policy makers.
