The Awards for Excellence Winners tours are back for 2026! Join us for our series of behind-the-scenes tours of this year’s Awards for Excellence in Development project winners!

Our first tour is of the Urban League Empowerment Center, winner of the Award for Excellence in Mixed-Use Development. Dawanna Williams (Founder and Managing Principal, Dabar Development Partners), Cassie Walker (Partner, Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners), and Timothy Gargiulo (Senior Associate, Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners) will share how they brought the National Urban League back to Harlem and created a building that combines Class A office space, affordable apartments, and retail.
