As New York City reopens in the wake of the pandemic, health and well-being are top of mind. The cityscape is evolving, driven by a multitude of factors, including inequities laid bare by the pandemic, changing work and travel patterns, a demand for more open space, and requirements for decarbonization. Real estate is also changing, driven by expectations for healthier and more efficient homes and workplaces and a built environment that improves the human experience.
