Site Visit to The Pulse, Amsterdam

VORM won The Pulse in a tender from the Municipality of Amsterdam at the end of 2019. The building comprises 36,000m2 of office space, 200 homes (of which 150 are mid-rent), a cinema with 9 screens, a supermarket and various catering units.

In addition, a parking garage for 125 electric shared cars is located under the building. In 2020, VORM entered into a partnership with EDGE for the development of The Pulse. Construction started on August 1, 2021 and completion is scheduled for November 1, 2024. The realization of The Pulse is in the hands of VORM Bouw.
