Each year Urban Land Institute and PwC jointly prepare the report: “Trends in the real estate market in Europe”, a study that analyzes the main trends of Real Estate in Europe, as well as the most attractive metropolitan areas for investment through the opinion of more 800 experts.
“Trends in the real estate market in Europe 2020: climate of change” contains an extensive and in-depth analysis of the sector and will be presented at a meeting on January 16, in which we will have a panel of top-level experts who will provide their vision on the main changes that the sector will experience.
The study points out that the leaders of Real Estate in Europe maintain their belief in real estate as attractive for investment, despite concerns about the current political and financial instability, the commercial tension between China and the US or the uncertainty of Brexit.
The increased pressure from governments to find affordable solutions for housing, the concern for environmental impact, the rise in construction costs and the change in the tendency to assume a greater operational risk, are the main concerns of the players in the market of Real Estate.
Already converted into an inescapable meeting and referent of the sector, ULI and PwC are pleased to invite you to present the report.
