We will take a deep-dive into the economic drivers behind the city region’s market opportunities as well as showcasing our reputation for innovation in a place that is open for business and investment. Also, a shared ambition to drive inclusive, sustainable growth and a renewed focus on welcoming an additional 66,000 new residents to Belfast by 2035 will see a requirement for an estimated 31,600 quality new homes.
