ULI Ireland is delighted to announce the next in our series of Lunch & Learn events.

On Tuesday, 19 May at 12.30 pm we are hosting a virtual Lunch & Learn with Claire Solon, managing director of Greystar Ireland.

One of Ireland’s leading and most experienced real estate experts, Claire has an impressive career and an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry in Ireland.

Claire was appointed Managing Director of Greystar from Aviva in October 2019 where she had been Head of Property. Previously she has held roles as Head of Property with Friends First and head of estate management with ESB where amongst other developments she was responsible for the development of the new ESB HQ on Fitzwilliam Street. Earlier in her career, Claire was Development Director with Bennett Construction when she managed many large scale mixed-use developments including mixed-use, retail, hotels and residential.

In the last year, Greystar has also acquired the Dublin Landings development to add to its over €600M portfolio in Ireland and the UK.

Claire is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and in 2016 was President of the SCSI. She holds an honours degree in Property Economics and lectures on degree and masters real estate courses in TUD.
