Traditionally it has been “Tenants Vs Owners”. Building owners and tenants are often characterized by conflicting interests and split incentives.

However, in a rapidly changing world, with ESG requirements at top of many peoples minds now, how do we move to “Tenants x Owners”? How can increased engagement and cooperation on both sides help owners create a net zero building that is energy efficient and help tenants boost productivity, sustainability and future proof their business?

In this event, co-hosted together with the British Chamber of Commerce, we bring together various kinds of office and retail tenants to hear their views and understand their challenges, with the goal of mapping a new process whereby both parties can embed sustainability into the built environment and find common ground which can be leveraged to achieve shared goals.
