Explore the present and future Northern Metropolis with a visit to Fairview Park, the largest suburban estate in Hong Kong and a pioneering historic development located at the center of the Northern Metropolis plan.

Participants will tour Fairview Park and its recently refurbished Town Centre community shopping mall, and learn about the development and revitalizing an old retail center. The event is led by Douglas Wu, Executive Director for Fairland Holdings, and also includes a presentation on the Northern Metropolis plan by Rosanna Tang, Head of Research for Cushman & Wakefield.
