To inform an “outlook” for sustainable real estate in 2024, ULI’s Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate and Ferguson Partners convened a series of roundtable discussions with members of sustainability-focused Product Councils in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Based on the insights provided, ULI and Ferguson Partners identified five key issues for the upcoming year, and beyond, in the annual ULI Sustainability Outlook publication.
