On September 3, 2024, the Frankfurt ULI Young Leaders have the unique opportunity to take part in an exclusive city tour with the renowned Frankfurt architect and managing partner at AS+P Albert Speer + Partner GmbH (AS+P), Axel Bienhaus. Based on the 2024 high-rise development plan, Mr. Bienhaus will explain how Frankfurt’s spatial potential can be used and what future-oriented urban development that is more geared to the needs of users and residents could look like.

Our tour begins at Willy-Brandt-Platz and takes us to Neue Mainzer Straße, where we experience the impressive Frankfurt skyline and the high-rise promenade. We continue through the green ramparts to the Taunusturm and Omniturm, which perfectly combine modern architecture and urban uses.
