How do we work together to improve and revitalize urban spaces by focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency? What does retail need in the current tension to recover?

Our inner cities are undergoing change. The traditional focus on consumption and shopping is giving way to new needs. The ULI Retail Product Council is committed to understanding and reversing this trend. We need fresh ideas that turn our city centers into lively attractions.

We therefore cordially invite you to exchange current research results and best practices at a meeting with the ULI Retail Council @Midstad in Frankfurt on June 6, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Dr. Jan Linsin from CBRE, Prof. Dr. Friedrich Toffel from the IU International University and Sebastian Schöll from KSP Engel join as initiators.
