Art-Invest gives us a first, very early look at the “OSCAR” project in Cologne’s workers’, crafts and industrial district of Ehrenfeld. In a joint venture with “Die Wohnkompanie”, Art Invest is planning a reorganization and conversion of former commercial space on the five-hectare area into a mixed-use quarter development along the “Low Line”.
