(Dis-)Stressed Real Estate Transactions
ULI NRW Young Leader & NEXT is entering the next round. The format, which has already been successfully set up in the past and brings together young professionals and experienced managers, is this time dedicated to the highly topical and complex area of (dis-)stressed real estate transactions.
At the invitation of Herbert Smith Freehills – Düsseldorf, you can look forward to exciting lectures and interactive discussions at this event.
The transaction volume for real estate deals is still at a low level. A uniform price level has not yet been established for all real estate asset classes. However, the continued high level of interest rates and the existing doubts about a sustainable improvement are significantly increasing the pressure on property owners to consider selling and not wait any longer. Last but not least, liquidity problems and pressure from lenders will force owners to act.
